About this site
Service CRM Guide compares CRM and field service tools for businesses that send people to jobs or look after other businesses' sites.
What it does
Set your team size, your billing and the features you cannot work without. The site then works out what each tool costs for that team, where the price is public. It also shows what each one covers and what it leaves out.
What it lists
The list has 28 tools. 19 show a public price. 9 give a price only on request, and they are listed too, with what they cover. By kind, 22 are field service tools and 6 are CRMs.
Not sure which kind you need? CRM vs field service software sets the two side by side.
Who it is for
The site is for anyone who runs a service business with 1 to 200 people, or looks after its office. Some of these businesses send crews to jobs at customers' homes. Some look after other businesses, site by site. Some mostly quote and invoice.
How it works
The facts are read from the tools' own pages, between October 13, 2026 and October 16, 2026. Your browser runs a small script that works out the prices for your settings. How we compare explains every rule.
A link to a tool's site carries tags that say the visit came from here. Privacy has the details.
What it does not do
It gives no ratings or scores, and it sells nothing. No tool is placed by hand.
